CO2/O2 Measuring Module For Beverages: CarboQC ME Plus Option O2
The CarboQC ME CO2/O2 measuring module determines the true amount of dissolved carbon dioxide and dissolved oxygen in soft drinks, beer and mineral water.
This measuring module with an optochemical sensor is used in the laboratory for the determination of dissolved oxygen in beverages. It is designed to work with CarboQC ME and PBA-S Generation M, and PBA-SI/PBA-B Generation M.
Option O2 and CarboQC ME allow the simultaneous determination of the dissolved oxygen and dissolved CO2 contents in beverages.
In soft drinks containing sugar, PBA-S Generation M allows not only the simultaneous determination of CO2 and O2, but also the density. PBA-SI Generation M additionally provides the degree of sugar inversion, determined via the sound velocity. PBA-B Generation M measures the density and alcohol content of beer.
