enVista Ranks On Inc. 5000 List For Third Consecutive Year

enVista named one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US based on three-year revenue growth

enVista, a leading supply chain consulting and IT services firm, ranked No. 1807 on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list (Inc. 5000), an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing, private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy – America’s independent entrepreneurs. enVista joins LivingSocial, Edible Arrangements and OtterBox, among other prominent brands featured on this year’s list.

enVista’s cumulative revenue growth of 212 percent over the past three years helped move the company up an impressive 825 spots from last year’s ranking. enVista also ranked No. 52 on the Logistics & Transportation industry segment of this year’s list. In 2013, enVista continues to grow; the number of enVista associates worldwide has increased to 217, and the company’s projected revenue for 2013 is $47M.

Jim Barnes, enVista President & CEO, said, "It is a great honor for enVista to be recognized for a third consecutive year by Inc. magazine. enVista’s growth and success is attributed to our talented and dedicated associates, strong client base, deep supply chain expertise, diverse portfolio of solutions and services, and a disciplined approach to executing against our vision."

For 32 years, Inc. has welcomed the fastest-growing private companies in America into an exclusive club. According to Inc., this year’s Inc. 5000 was harder to make than any year in its history. The median company on the list increased sales more than 140 percent since the start of 2010.

Eric Schurenberg, Editor-in-Chief of Inc. magazine, said, "Not all the companies in the Inc. 500|5000 are in glamorous industries, but in their fields, they are as famous as household name companies simply by virtue of being great at what they do. They are the hidden champions of job growth and innovation, the real muscle of the American economy."

Methodology
The 2013 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2009 to 2012. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2009. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies as of December 31, 2012. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2009 is $100,000; the minimum for 2012 is $2M. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
