Brochure: Precision Flat Fan Spray Nozzle (Series 632)
The Lechler Precision Flat Fan Series 632 spray nozzle is our most popular flat fan nozzle. It creates a precise and stable spray angle at a wide variety of pressures. While its individual distribution of fluid is parabolic (i.e., there is a greater volume in the middle of the spray than on either end), when used in multiples on spray headers where the individual spray coverages can be overlapped and offset without colliding, these nozzles can create an overall even distribution of fluid.
Standard materials for this flat fan are stainless steel, brass, and PVDF. A wide range of spray angles and flow rates are available. There is also an equivalent Series 652 tip nozzle which requires an inlet base and retainer cap for connection.
