Wilden Pump & Engineering Co. Pump & Engineering Company Saniflo 3A is a 1-inch pump with 1 1/2-inch tri-clamp connections that meets the requirements of applicable 3-A Sanitary Standard (air or hydraulically driven diaphragm pumps for milk and milk products).
Flows to 32.9 gpm, pressures to 125 psi, and temperatures to 225°F can be achieved. The pump is constructed of 316 stainless steel (32 Ra exterior/interior finish) and utilizes 304 stainless steel hardware. The wetted parts of the pump are designed to allow clean in place (CIP) operations.
Design features include diaphragm with integral piston, removable ball cage, straight manifold, flow-through design, and no valve seat or O-ring. The pump is mounted on a stand, reducing inspection, cleaning, and maintenance time.
