surge dampener line is available in polypropylene, PVDF, Teflon PTFE, aluminum, and 316 stainless steel construction. The surge dampener minimizes unwanted pressure fluctuation inherent in reciprocating pumps by providing a supplementary pumping action. The unit automatically adjusts to any pressure and/or flow setting of the pump with no need for manual adjustment of the unit and/or system. A variety of diaphragms are available to meet temperature, chemical compatibility, and abrasion concerns.
