Sound Velocity Sensors for Inline Concentration
The standard sound velocity sensors are used for inline concentration measurements, phase separation or product identification. They continuously monitor the product quality of liquids during production. Depending on the sensor, the concentration is either calculated, displayed and processed by an Anton Paar evaluation unit or calculated inside the sensor and provided as a 4-20mA signal.

Liquid Density Sensor For High Temperatures
The DPRn 427HT density sensor made of Hastelloy is ideal for sample temperatures up to 150 °C. The highly accurate sensor continuously monitors the product quality of liquids online during production. The temperature-compensated density or concentrations are calculated from the measured values. Depending on the sensor, these values are either calculated, displayed and processed by an Anton Paar evaluation unit or calculated inside the sensor and provided as a 4-20 mA signal.

Liquid Density Sound Velocity and Temperature Sensors
The DSRn 427 and DSRn 427S density and concentration sensors combine the measurement of density and sound velocity in one compact instrument. The evaluaton unit determines density, sound velocity and temperature and uses these values to calculate the concentration of three-component liquids.

Online Density Sensors For High Flow Rates
These density sensors for high flow rates and/or inhomogeneous samples have an inner diameter of 22 mm. They continuously monitor the product quality of liquids online during production. The temperature-compensated density or concentrations are calculated from the measured values. Depending on the sensor, these values are either calculated, displayed and processed by an Anton Paar evaluation unit or calculated inside the sensor and provided as a 4-20 mA signal.

Online Liquid Density Sensors
The highly accurate density sensors can be used in a wide range of applications. They continuously monitor the product quality of liquids online during production. The temperature-compensated density or concentrations such as °Brix, % Alcohol, % H2SO4 and API index are calculated from the measured values. Depending on the sensor, these values are either calculated, displayed and processed by an Anton Paar evaluation unit or calculated inside the sensor and provided as a 4-20 mA signal.

Online CO2 Sensor Carbo 510 Smart Sensor
Anton Paar has a CO2 analyzer to suit your requirements. For inline CO2 monitoring, choose one of the Carbo 510 Smart Sensor versions. For online CO2 monitoring of beverages containing a high amount of other gases such as N2 or O2, choose Carbo 2100 MVE.

Online CO2 Analyzer Carbo 2100 MVE
The Carbo 2100 MVE CO2 analyzer is a special model (Multiple Volume Expansion) for products with an extremely high nitrogen or oxygen content. Carbo 2100 MVE is installed in a bypass for online CO2 measurement. It stores all your product-specific data (target concentration, alarm limits, etc.) in an mPDS 5 evaluation unit.
