American Purpac Technologies, LLC is one of the first operations in North America to combine the use of bulk blending, aseptic processing and packaging to facilitate customer demand for improvements in food safety, quality and cost reductions. Our customers are able to select a wide variety of flexible packages ideal for many retail, food service and industrial applications as well as flexible bulk sized containers for larger applications such as proprietary base concentrates for finished product packing. We maintain the formula integrity versus the multiple finished co-packers used in final product packaging.

In our 65,000 sq ft state of the art aseptic production facility in Beloit, WI, we have incorporated critical automated systems designed to meet the stringent requirements related to food safety and product quality. They are Automated Solutions of America software, which ensures exact adherence to formulas during blending and processing as well as Process Pro® Enterprise which guarantees full compliance with the soon to be enacted Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002. Both of these systems are used extensively in the pharmaceuticals industry for the highest level of product integrity. Our facility has been designed to allow testing the latest in technology and validate new product concepts and design.

• Celsis QC Analysis System
  * Inline analysis reduces the hold time of your material from 5 days to 48 hours. It will automatically issue a certificate of analysis that can be sent electronically
  
• ProcessPro® Enterprise Software
  * This system allows for customers to place orders and track its progress from the time we receive it, until it is delivered to you
  * It also, complies with the Bioterrorism Act for Electronic Records keeping and can use Electronic Signature formats
