Aseptic systems are the cutting edge of new technology, and Sasib R&D has obtained major results in this field.
The solutions feature state-of the-art technology best adapted for satisfying the highly varied requirements of the customer in terms of speed and costs.

SIMONAZZI ASEPTICA is a filling system developed by Sasib in response to the need for optimal hygiene and the preservation of organoleptic qualities of beverages such as teas, fruit juices, sports drinks and other (high and low acid) drinks, filled in difficult conditions.
ASEPTICA permits filling at ambient temperatures, thus eliminating the pasteurization tunnel normally installed downstream from the filler. It also includes the possibility to use one way PET bottles with low heat resistance, since they are sterilized at around 40°C.

To meet the needs of low- to medium-speed filling, Sasib has also recently developed SARCMI LINEA to fill noncarbonated products (teas, juices, milk, and sports drinks) in plastic bottles up to 10 1 at ambient temperature in both ultraclean and aseptic conditions. The system is very serfriendliness, easy to control and has highly innovative ergonomic values.
