Alcolyzer Beer Analyzing System
Precise beer analysis guarantees the high quality of your beer. The Alcolyzer Beer Analyzing System is a highly accurate beer analysis system which determines the alcohol content of all types of beers, beer mixtures, ciders, etc. The system consists of the DMA 4500 M or DMA 5000 M density meter, the Alcolyzer Beer ME measuring module and the Xsample 122 sample changer. The patented NIR measuring method eliminates the influence of other sample constituents on the alcohol measurement and therefore guarantees highly precise results.

Alcohol Analysis System: Alcolyzer Spirits M/ME
Analyze spirits efficiently and economically in the laboratory and at the production line using the alcohol analysis system Alcolyzer Spirits M/ME. Alcolyzer Spirits M/ME determines the alcohol content (35 to 65 %vol), color, and pH value of alcoholic beverages. In combination with a density meter, the system additionally determines the total extract of the sample.

PBA-B Generation M: Packaged Beverage Analyzer For Beer
PBA-B (Packaged Beverage Analyzer for Beer) Generation M is a modular analysis system for the determination of all important quality parameters for beer and beer mixtures. The system combines a DMA 4500/5000 M density meter, Alcolyzer ME, CarboQC ME CO2 meter and the PFD filling device. Optionally, the "pH ME Measuring Module" can be integrated in the system.

CarboQC: Lab And At-Line Beverage Carbonation Meter
The CarboQC is supplied factory-adjusted and can be used right from the start. Samples out of bottles or cans can be comfortably filled into the measuring chamber using the PFD filling device. For spot measurements at tanks or production lines, the CarboQC can simply be connected with a suitable hose.

Soft Drink Analyzer M: Density And Sound Velocity Meter
The Soft Drink Analyzer M determines the fresh, actual and fully inverted sugar content of soft drink samples within a few minutes. The measuring method requires no ageing of the sample and no forced inversion. Instead, a true picture of the state of sugar inversion is provided by measuring both the density and sound velocity of the partially inverted sample. The Soft Drink Analyzer M from Anton Paar is the only instrument on the market combining density and sound velocity measurements to deliver precise results for fresh and inverted sugar concentration.

The modular analysis system PBA-SD Generation M measures °Brix in regular soft drinks and diet concentration in diet drinks. It simultaneously determines the CO₂ content of the sample. No degassing is required, just select a method and push the button to get extremely fast and precise results. PBA-SD Generation M consists of a DMA 5000 M density meter, DietQC™ ME colorimeter module, CarboQC ME CO₂ measuring module and PFD filling device. To upgrade a PBA-S of the previous instrument generation, the DietQC™ classic is available.

The PBA-SI Generation M (Packaged Beverage Analyzer for Soft Drinks with Inversion) is the up-to-date measuring system for beverage analysis. Determine sugar (°Brix), CO₂ and degree of inversion in soft drinks without prior sample degassing. The beverage is filled into the analysis system directly from its container and is then measured within five minutes: °Brix, CO₂ and degree of inversion are determined in a single work step. By simultaneously measuring both density and sound velocity the current °Brix, the °Brix before the start of the inversion, the °Brix after full inversion and the current degree of inversion are determined fully automatically. The modular system consists of the Soft Drink Analyzer M/P density and sound velocity meter, the CarboQC ME CO₂ measuring module, and the PFD filling device.
