The following is an overview of the process and operating procesure for a typical application to meter the transfer three beverage syrup ingredients into a batch tank. The process begins after determining the total batch quantity of Beverage Syrup and the corresponding amounts of water and sweetener. The third ingredient may consist of either concentrate from a prepackaged container or a dry-mix solution prepared in a dissolving tank. All three parts of the product mix are transferred to the product tank via the system at the precise, predetermined volume for each component.
