The DPM 1000 H wrap around packaging system uses wrap around blanks and hot melt adhesives. The system can save up to 25% in corrugated board with additional savings in warehouse space and handling costs.

Standard and custom designs are available to fit products such as cans, glass jars, plastic bottles, cartons, multipacks, tubs, and other products packed in corrugated cases or trays. Case erecting, product loading, and container sealing are integrated into a compact machine for efficiency. Automatic operation minimizes labor requirements and facilitates changeover. The system can accommodate a variety of floor plan layouts to optimize manufacturing space.

The system can be designed to handle full wrap around cases with RSC, POL, and FOL flaps. Trays may be short to full height sidewalls, display style cases, and high stacking strength cases for non-supportive products.
