Frontier Beverage Company Subsidiary Signs Production Partnership Agreement

Henderson, NV (Marketwired) - Frontier Beverage Company subsidiary 22 Social Club Productions has today announced the signing of a Production Partnership agreement with Vinyl Groove Productions for the production of Live Concert Events.

22 Social Club Productions has signed a Production Partnership agreement with Live Event Production Company Vinyl Groove Productions for the production of 13 live event shows through 2015. The terms of the contract include 22 Social Club Productions participation as an Executive Producer and Investor and will receive between 50% - 70% of the profits (to be determined on a deal by deal basis). The company will produce 10 small to mid-size events and 3 medium to larger events. The first event is slated for June 14 at the Westhill High School Auditorium in Stamford, CT, featuring Britishmania (Beatles Tribute Band) and Empty Sky (Elton John Tribute). Additional details are available at www.STAMFORDCONCERTS.COM.

The contract calls for shows every 90-120 days as the partners will hire local event producers to join their network and are currently in discussions with potential event sponsors. 

In other news... Frontier Beverage has offered William Coogan a management contract to remain with the company until August 31, 2014 and to assume the titles of CEO, COO and Board Member. Mr. Coogan has agreed to a salary of $1.00 and a stock bonus.
