Indigenous to Jamaica, hibiscus is the main ingredient in all of the company's food products. "Talita" is a smooth, refreshing drink with a hint of ginger, and "Vincent" is a more heavily gingered beverage that provides a hearty, robust flavor.

Both drinks are non-alcoholic and transition easily between formal dining and casual meals.

The hibiscus sauce is used on grilled, roasted, broiled and fried poultry, fish and seafood dishes. A highly concentrated hibiscus extract, just a few ounces will enhance any meal.

"Hibiscus Jubilee" is a highly concentrated dessert sauce that can be drizzled over cheesecake, chocolate tortes, peach cobbler and ice cream. The sauce can also be used with breakfast items such as waffles, French toast, bagels and fresh fruit.
