Ionized Air Rinser

The Ionized Air Rinser thoroughly and efficiently cleans empty glass, PET or composite containers prior to filling using ionized air instead of water. Ionized air is more effective than water in dislodging contaminants in PET and composite containers, which tend to carry a heavier static charge and collect more contaminants during palletizing and shipping then other types of containers. In addition, ionized air spares plants the expense of water, and helps in overall water conservation. The rinser is available in both S-curve and C-curve configurations. It gently grips and inverts PET, glass, and composite containers; air jets then blow ionized air into the containers, neutralizing the static charge built up during shipping and palletizing. The rinser automatically returns the clean containers to an upright position for filling.
