Mott's captures Caesar in a bottle

Mott's Clamato Caesar, a ready-to-drink cocktail, is rolling into selected markets. The 4-packs of 355-ml bottles with twist-off caps are available in Original and Extra Spicy varieties. The new, conveniently packaged drink is targeted at adults age 25-34.
Caesar cocktails traditionally contain vodka, tomato juice and clam juice plus a blend of spices and seasonings. Over time, Mott's Clamato has become an integral ingredient for most Caesar lovers. Mott's Clamato research has shown that 82% of households use Mott's Clamato most often in making Caesars -- even though they have tried others. In fact, Mott's Clamato was rated the most important ingredient in making a "great" Caesar.
"Consumers told us that they would enjoy Caesars more often - - if we could only ease preparation and make it more convenient and accessible to them," said Joe D'Angelo, marketing director for Mott's Clamato. "There is a whole new generation of consumers that is not familiar with the Caesar. They are pressed for time and often do not have all the ingredients at home. This makes for a great opportunity to develop and expand our customer base."
