Multivac Innovations Take Two Stages At Process Expo, Pack Expo 2009
Kansas City, MO – Multivac will present at the co-located Process Expo and Pack Expo Las Vegas 2009 with a booth at each venue, October 5-7, 2009 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Process Expo 2009
In booth # 6400 at Process Expo, Multivac is exhibiting together with partner Weber, Inc. The two companies will showcase a seamless, completely integrated, end-to-end automated slicing, inspection, packaging and handling line for deli meat with track-and-trace technology.
"Process Expo is one of the premiere annual events in the food processing industry," says Jan Erik Kuhlmann, Multivac's president and CEO. "Attendees have the opportunity to see innovations across the entire processing and packaging supply chain in one convenient location, and we're confident our comprehensive presentations will stand out from the crowd."
Multivac will also offer the continent's first look at the new inline T700 traysealer from its new generation of equipment. The T700 has a capacity of up to 60 trays per minute and offers state-of-the-art ergonomics, tray handling and energy efficiency. The new generation also incorporates Multivac's industry-leading sanitary machine design at a very competitive price. The larger, higher-volume T800 will be demonstrated October 28-31 at the WWFE/AMI conference in Chicago.
Additionally at Process Expo, Multivac will feature its new B310 belted vacuum chamber system with a revolutionary "swinging" lid for easy access, package size adjustment, maintenance and cleaning. A range of compact chamber machines will also be on display with consultation available from Multivac's packaging experts.
Pack Expo 2009
Multivac will focus on its packaging solutions for medical
and other non-food products inside booth C718 at the Pack
Expo section of the show. A high-speed R245 thermoformer
with inline barcode printing will be demonstrated, and
Multivac's experienced team of medical and consumer product
packaging and automations specialists will be on hand for
personalized consultations with attendees.
The Multivac C400TC chamber system for medical packaging will also be on exhibit. The company's TC (Temperature Control) series machines feature solid seal bars for the most critical packaging applications requiring seal validation and low residual oxygen. In addition, visitors will be able to see Multivac's popular T200 semi-automatic traysealer in operation and learn more about the company's full range of versatile compact packaging systems.
"For non-food packagers, our exhibit inside Pack Expo is a perfect learning environment," notes Kuhlmann. "Attendees will see some of Multivac's most targeted and innovative packaging solutions for medical, consumer and industrial products and have the chance to discuss projects with the most experienced team in the industry. We look forward to many worthwhile discussions with attendees at both Process Expo and Pack Expo 2009."
