Northland Cranberries Launches New Seneca Cranberry Juice Line

Northland Cranberries, Inc. (Wisconsin Rapids, WI) has begun the launch of a major re-staging for the Seneca brand juice line, introducing four cranberry-based drink flavors with calcium fortification, easy-to-handle gripper plastic bottles. Cranberry flavors include Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Cranberry Apple, Cranberry Grape and Cranberry Raspberry.

In addition to the new cranberry flavors, the Seneca line includes 100% Apple Juice, 100% Apple Cider, 100% Grape Juice and 100% White Grape Juice products. The entire Seneca line will be revealed next week at the Food Marketing Institute's annual convention and trade show in Chicago.

"The introduction of the new Seneca line represents a major step forward for Northland because it positions the company to compete in the popular-priced, lower juice content segment of the cranberry juice isle, a segment in which our premium Northland 100% juice product line does not compete," said John Swendrowski, Northland chairman and CEO.

Northland manufacturers and markets Northland brand 100% juice cranberry blend products and other juice products under the Seneca, TreeSweet and Awake! brand names, which are sold nationwide through major retail grocery chains, wholesale grocers and mass merchandisers.
