Online Beer Monitor System

The Beer Monitor from Anton Paar is the result of 20 years of working experience in inline and laboratory beer analysis. Anton Paar’s proven density and sound velocity measurement is now available combined in a compact transducer with a hygienic stainless steel housing: DSRn 427S.

The new mPDS 5 evaluation unit with color touchscreen continuously, accurately and reliably determines all beer parameters. Combined with an additional CO2 transducer from the Carbo series, a complete and economic beer and CO2 measuring system is created. Apart from all typical beers, the same configuration can also be used to analyze beer mix drinks, soft drinks etc., employing custom-tailored concentration formulas.
