Pasteurization Modules

Tetra Therm Aseptic Drink (TA Drink) is a range of pasteurization modules for processing high-acid drinks. They are suited for fruit-based beverages such as juices, concentrates, nectars and other still drinks like vegetable juices and wine. Drinks derived from coffee and tea can be processed. Various sports, health and tropical drinks can also be processed. The modules preserve the desired level of still drink quality without the need for additives or preservatives. It achieves this by killing unwanted microorganisms and deactivating enzymes with a short burst of intense heat. Product reinfection is prevented in a closed loop aseptic system. There is little temperature difference between the preheated product and heating medium used for pasteurization and by the short residence times used in the heat exchangers and the holding tube.
