Saratoga Beverage and Fresh Juice Sign Agreement of Merger

Saratoga Beverage Group, Inc. has signed a merger agreement with The Fresh Juice Company, Inc. Under the merger agreement Fresh Juice will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Saratoga Beverage Group, and the company will purchase Fresh Juice's common stock for $3.35 per share.

Saratoga Beverage Group, Inc., formerly the Saratoga Spring Water Company, produces sparkling and non-carbonated spring water products, and Saratoga Splash.

The Fresh Juice Company, Inc. manufactures, markets and distributes fresh and frozen fresh squeezed citrus juices, fruit smoothies and other non-carbonated beverages.
