Snapple's Newest Offering "Mixes" Lemonade, Iced Tea

Snapple, the brand that already has mastered the art of producing delicious lemonade as well as tasty iced tea, has combined the two classic drinks to create Kris's Mix-Up, a lemonade iced tea beverage that gives users the best of both the tart and sweet worlds. The drink features a blend of lemonade and real-brewed iced tea for a uniquely refreshing taste.

"Kris's Mix-Up combines two great tastes in one deliciously refreshing new beverage," says Michael Sands, vice president of marketing for Snapple. "The lemonade iced tea category is growing fast — who better to make one than Snapple. We have the number one premium iced tea and the number one premium lemonade." The new Snapple Lemonade Iced Tea is available in a convenient, ready-to-drink bottle.

Kris's Mix-Up is named after Snapple employee Kris Mains, a manager and flavor specialist in Snapple's Research and Development department. Mains began working at Snapple five years ago when it was still headquartered in Long Island. Prior to becoming a Snapple employee, Kris would mix Snapple Lemonade and Iced Tea together as her lunchtime beverage choice.

Hitting store shelves this spring, the preservative-free, all-natural beverage is supported by POS, including lo-tac cooler decals.
