Spot-Pak Packaging System

This multi-pack shipping system—appropriate for a range of food and beverage products—is unique in that each container is locked in place via a light bond between the container and the corrugated base pad. The bond keeps individual packages securely in place until the shipper is opened at the store. When the shrink film is torn off, in-store personnel can easily pop the containers loose from the bond. The Spot-Pak system is fully automated, avoiding worker repetitive motion disorders. It also saves in packaging material costs because it requires 75% less shipping package materials than corrugated boxes. And it allows the receiver to have full visibility of the incoming products without having to open a case or carton.
