Toddy Gourmet Frozen Drink Powder was created to enhance smoothies and granitas made with Toddy concentrate (both brewed by Toddy and cold brewed on site). To make a smoothie simply mix concentrate, milk, ice and powder in a blender until smooth. The powder is low fat. A 16 ounce smoothie made with skim milk contains only one gram of fat.
To make a granita mix powder, water and concentrate in a granita machine. Though the concentrate can also be mixed with milk in a granita machine, granitas made with the powder are considered non-dairy.
Toddy powder works with all Toddy concentrates. It is used by coffee houses, smoothie bars and restaurants.
