The Spiraflo MTC Tubular Heat Exchanger is designed to ensure uniform product quality for viscous products like tomato products, fruit puree, concentrated juice, and highly viscous sauces such as mustard and mayonnaise. A concentric single channel design features heating/cooling media on both sides of the product; a narrow gap provides balanced flow distribution and efficient heat distribution.
A tangential product inlet improves hygiene and even distribution. A wide gap version is available for products with particles of max. size 5-6 mm.
