Aquafine Corporational Sanitary Design (USD) UV Water Treatment Unit is an advanced UV treatment system manufactured to keep pace with the tough purity specifications for the production of ultrapure water for the food and beverage industry.

UV treatment destroys microorganisms without the assistance of chemicals, which leave harmful byproducts. This series is recommended for use in any ultrapure application with stringent quality or performance criteria such as those of the FDA, cGMP, and 3A/USDA. A

All ten standard models can be configured for TOC reduction, as well as disinfection, chlorine destruction and ozone destruction. They range from 40 to 630 GPM (9.1 to 143.2 m3/hr) and will serve most medium flow rate processes.

The series employs state-of-the-art manufacturing processes such as T-drill connections and orbital welding that assure longevity and purity. Sanitary inlet/outlet connections are standard on all units and sanitary ferrule endplates replace the normal bolted and threaded design.

The proprietary Aqualogic 2000 microprocessor control system provides continuous, detailed UV system feedback, including absolute real time UV intensity measurement for validation and audited production processes. The unit may be configured to monitor the system from any desktop via the 4-20mA output signal. Total access to UV intensity, temperature, lamp status, running time and cycle count is available via PC.
