WebMaster 1000 Pressure Sensitive Labeler

The WebMaster 1000 is fully automatic, and excels at placing labels on round or square bottles. In addition, the new WebMaster 1000 can also be configured for one sided labeling of flat bottles.

By incorporating our popular Duro 4.5 Labeling Head, the WebMaster 1000 controls the web thus providing superior label placement and control. Tension is maintained by our patented vacuum chamber which holds the web securely where it is needed the most: when the label is in contact with the container.

With available options, the WebMaster 1000 can be configured to label tapered containers, apply label coding or place a full wrap label on a square bottle. The inclusion of stepper motors providers faster and more accurate label application.
