Zero-Pressure Combiner

The zero-pressure combiner has been designed to meet the special handling requirements for PET containers, which are lighter in weight, less sturdy, and less steady than metal cans or glass bottles and jars. The pressureless combiner employs a cross-belt design, which gently guides mass container flow into a single-file line for rinsing, filling, labeling or other processes. It eliminates damage to containers handled in traditional pressure combining.

The combiner is designed to handle a variety of round and non-round, lightweight containers. Variable frequency controls enable gentle handling of diverse types of containers at the optimum speed. Both open or closed top conveyor designs are available to meet the specific demands of either food or beverage applications.
